MARY-LOU MAURICIO, BORN IN 340 PPM
Mary-Lou Mauricio learns photography on the benches of high school in the glow of the inactinic light. Despite her desire, the student did not dare to make it her profession, and turned to the communication professions. After 15 years in luxury houses and associations, she trained at the Gobelins school to become a professional photographer.
Based in Paris, Mary-lou works for the economy of tomorrow to have a positive impact on our daily environment. Facilitator of commitment and animator of the Fresque du Climat, she has at heart to put in image projects in the fields of the Social and Solidarity Economy, the ecological transition and the responsible consumption. As a portraitist and photojournalist for the Hans Lucas agency, she highlights people involved in solidarity, eco-responsible, artisanal projects… Actors who seek to explore new solutions to move the lines.
During the COP 27 in October 2022, she launched the photographic project BORN IN … PPM with the aim of democratizing this measure symbolizing climate change and questioning individuals on their relationship to the current warming.
